The Giant Model of the city makes the City Vision Southampton exhibition a natural starting point for a visit to Southampton allowing visitors to orientate themselves in the city and providing a permanent overview of the its architecture and proposed future development

In the Main Gallery each year a number of temporary exhibitions explore key themes in the built environment of Southampton.

The North Guild Auditorium plays host to an ongoing series of talks, seminars and lectures to complement the exhibitions and exploring themes relating to architecture and the built environment.
